THE COMMITMENT INDICATOR

The streak measures how many consecutive weeks a member has been training at Suiffland. Simple and powerful: if you train at least once in the last 7 days, you keep it alive. If not, you go back to zero. A long streak isn't just a number — it's proof that you're changing your habits. Every week you add is a week you've prioritised your health.

FOR THE MEMBER

The streak creates a sense of pride in maintaining it and a real fear of losing it. The member doesn't cancel their membership because they don't want to break what they've built. It's the most emotionally powerful mechanism in the system.

FOR THE MANAGER

The average streak of your member base is a predictive retention indicator. Facilities with high average streaks show significantly lower churn rates. It's the quickest thermometer for measuring the health of your business.

The competition that activates community

FOUR LEVELS OF CHALLENGE

Challenges give you a concrete objective with a start and end date. You can compete against yourself, measure yourself against a friend, join your entire facility's challenge, or go up against members from other Suiffland facilities. There's always something to beat.

INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE

The member sets a personal goal within a set period — for example, completing 2 sessions per week for a month. The challenge is with themselves and the system validates it automatically.
 

Builds the habit of regular visits. It's the first step in turning an occasional user into a committed member.

IMPACT FOR THE CLUB

CHALLENGE BETWEEN FRIENDS

Small groups of members from the same facility compete against one another, accumulating points, sessions or distance. The social element amplifies individual motivation and creates bonds within the facility.

Activates referral-driven acquisition. A member who challenges a friend who isn't yet a member is the most powerful sales argument there is.

All the facility's members work towards a collective goal: reaching a certain number of sessions, kilometres or kilocalories together within a month. The facility's community works as one.

SUIFFLAND CHALLENGE. CLUB VS CLUB

Your centre competes against other centres in the Suiffland network. Members accumulate points during their sessions, and the centre with the most points at the end of the period wins. Only available within the Suiffland ecosystem.

MPACT FOR THE CLUB

The most visible competitive differentiator of the system. It does not exist on any other platform outside the Suiffland network. It turns members into ambassadors and generates organic community content.

The engine of progress

As you train, the system records everything: the kilos you lift, the kilometres you cover, the calories you burn, the weeks you chain together and the missions you complete. Each time you reach a significant milestone, the system recognises it with a badge.

Your badges are yours alone. Nobody else has exactly the same ones, because nobody else has taken exactly the same journey as you.

STRENGTH

Milestones of accumulated kilograms in strength training. Recognises progression in the functional part of training.

DISTANCE

Total kilometres covered in cardio sessions. Turns aerobic effort into a tangible, cumulative figure.

Accumulated calories burnt across all sessions. The most direct indicator of total work completed.

Recognition of streaks and consecutive weeks of training. Rewards the habit above one-off performance.

Total number of missions completed within the app. Drives frequency of use and exploration of new workouts.
