For those who prefer to train their way, the Suiffland room becomes a free training space when no guided activity is scheduled, allowing them to get the most out of their workout. Let the client walk in, choose their station, and train at their own pace, without schedules or trainers. All our equipment and top-tier facilities are available for them to push themselves to the limit.
